Our role in the Albany community is to help people find freedom from life's controlling situations. We desire to help others discover their strengths and talents, learn and develop skills needed for a successful life and provide positive fellowship in a loving and caring family. Free on the Inside also helps train leaders and teaches people how to give back to others and their communities.
